Founder Name

Trisha Ronstadt, MPH, Director: Trisha is a public health expert specializing in results-based consultation, guiding projects from start to finish. Known for providing clear direction in complex situations, she supports clients with strategic planning, program evaluations, research, and organizational improvements. With senior management experience in First Nations health organizations, Trisha blends public health, operational, and consultative expertise to deliver insightful, objective solutions. She develops innovative research tools and programs tailored to client needs, integrating both Western and Indigenous perspectives. An empathetic listener, she challenges assumptions and uses a research-based approach to inform strategy. Trisha holds a Masters in Public Health from the University of Waterloo, specializing in socio-behavioural sciences.
